Healthcare and Public Sector

In the healthcare sector, we have worked closely with companies like Adastra Software Limited which reversed into the AIM-listed shell Advanced Computer Software Plc and developed long-term relationships with the management team. Indeed, we are now looking to replicate this relationship with other companies and the former Managing Director of Adastra, Adrian Gilson has joined with us to offer his services to clients, on an associate basis.

We have researched this segment of the software market quite thoroughly and it is clear that it is ripe for consolidation by both the trade and private equity communities. 

We have completed the sale of Staffplan, a point of care software solutions specialist in the domiciliary and homecare space, and we are working on a strategic alliance in pre-hospital care.  

Further consolidation is inevitable and the players can easily be identified, albeit some are more active than others with Advanced Computer Software probably leading the chase.

Meta is clearly the leading corporate finance boutique in this niche software space and we expect to see more activity shortly.
