Mark Ledger-Beadell

Mark graduated from London University with BSc in Chemical Engineering but pursued a career in accountancy, qualifying with KMG Thomson McLintock. He worked in the London, Gatwick and Maidstone Offices and was one of the key members of the original M&A practice that grew into KPMG Corporate Finance. In 1999 he founded Meta together with Peter Counsell. Mark was awarded the Corporate Finance Qualification in 2006.

Mark has developed a deserved reputation for getting deals done, and has specialised in complex shareholder issues from the perspective of sellers and management teams, often consummating the arrangements between the parties for the good of all.
