Hans Christian Iversen

Hans Christian has over twenty years experience in line management, private equity and management consultancy on a global basis, specialising in media, IT and telecommunications. He is able to operate and work fluently in more than six languages, having worked and lived in Scandinavia, Germany, France, Poland and the UK.

Hans Christian started his career in London with Arthur D. Little advising clients in mobile communications and capital markets, before moving on to head up Logica in Scandinavia where he was responsible for setting up IT dealing systems throughout the Nordic region and working closely with the Copenhagen and Oslo Stock Exchange. Hans Christian subsequently took up a post with Price Waterhouse launching their banking and consulting services in Germany and Scandinavia.

For more than five years Hans-Christian was Vice President in the Egmont-Disney publishing group with responsibility for the successful launch of Disney, Warner and Hanna Barbera publications in ten eastern and central European countries. He also spent time managing operations in France both in publishing and in the toy industry with a turnover of more than US$40 million.

In the past 9 years, Hans Christian has worked as a consultant in Scandinavia and the UK as a Partner for Deloitte Consulting and Roland Berger. He was also chairman for the stockbroker Lawshare prior to its disposal and has more recently been involved in private equity through Committed Capital and Faroese Telecom International.

Hans Christian is currently an Executive Business Mentor for Merryck & Co as well as operating as working Chairman for Ferrabyrne Ltd and Meta Corporate Finance.
