Brin Bucknor

Brin has over 25 years of Publishing and Media experience as a senior executive in the industry. Prior to his role as Commercial Director of the Kent Messenger Group, he was MD of VNU Business Publications, part of the Global Information Group. He has considerable knowledge and experience of working in and managing Digital, B2B, Consumer and Regional Press Publishing. This has given him a unique ability to understand integrated Media.

Brin has led a number of acquisitions and integration processes and has gained considerable experience in leading, managing, and understanding organisations which have and are undergoing both economic and structural market change.

He has taken an active interest in his industry as Jicreg Director in the Newspaper Society and has previously sat on the Board of the PPA .

Brin is working as an Associate with Meta in a research and transactional capacity as well as continuing in his ongoing consultative role.

He graduated from Lanchester Polytechnic (Coventry University) with BA (Hons) Economics.

When not working Brin enjoys watching Rugby, and spending time with family and friends.
